Who we are
We are a team with long-standing experience in the yachting industry, driven by a genuine passion for the sea and yacht operations. Long before founding Fine Sailing, our expertise was shaped by years of living and working aboard yachts, as well as organizing and managing yacht charter operations.
As Croatian natives, we know our home waters intimately. While our experience extends across the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, it is our local knowledge – supported by a strong regional and international network – that forms the foundation of our work. This combination of local insight and global perspective allows us to handle every aspect of yacht ownership efficiently and reliably.
Having worked as captains and crew on private and charter yachts, and in the organization and management of charter operations, we bring a complete understanding of yacht life and operations. This first-hand experience ensures that every yacht under our care is maintained to the highest standards, while owners benefit from long-term value, clarity, and peace of mind.
Sandro Boduljak
With a strong sailing background and wide-ranging experience in the yachting industry across Croatia and the Caribbean, Sandro has developed a deep and well-rounded understanding of yacht and charter operations. His professional journey – both at sea and ashore – has shaped a clear belief that hospitality, transparency, and proven operational excellence are essential to successful yacht management.
Guided by this vision, Sandro founded and leads Fine Sailing with an approach rooted in clarity, trust, and thoughtful organization. As Managing Director, he oversees yacht and charter operations with the aim of delivering smooth, reliable management and building long-term confidence for owners and clients alike.
Roko Batić
Roko brings over 17 years of experience in the yachting industry, working aboard yachts and in leading charter agencies across Croatia and the Caribbean. His career as a captain has provided deep insight into yacht operations, while his technical expertise in winter maintenance and vessel oversight ensures a consistently high standard of yacht care.
Renowned for his local knowledge, strong regional connections, and attention to detail, Roko plays a key role in coordinating yacht operations, crew, and charter activities. As one of the heads of operations at Fine Sailing, he contributes essential regional expertise and operational reliability to the team.
Zoran Bradić
With over 20 years of experience in the yachting industry and a background in Economics, [Name] brings a strong understanding of both yacht operations and the commercial aspects of ownership. His career has been shaped primarily aboard private motor yachts and large private catamarans, where discretion, reliability, and structured operations are essential.
Through years of close cooperation with owners, captains, and crews across various cruising areas, he has developed a clear, practical approach to yacht management. His expertise includes financial and administrative coordination, operational support, compliance, and long-term planning—ensuring yachts are operated efficiently and owners feel confident and supported at every stage of ownership.
